  • Breastfeeding for sure! I dropped my baby weight within weeks....after that, I just eat healthy (no sugar, no complex carbs, no processed foods....just a lot of lean meats, veggies, berries, nuts, ect) and I get the kids out for a couple mile walk everyday in their double stroller (weather pending).
