  • That may be a chocking hazzard- how many teeth does he have? Why not little pieces of fresh bread with out crust-small pieces, or gerber little puffs? Cherrios?

  • I'm confused. Why would you ruin toast by putting formula on it? And what makes you think it would keep crumbs from happening?

  • thats sounds gross lol thats just how toast is (crumby)! you can prevent the mess of crumbs by having the baby wear a bib or have the baby eat over a highchair tray. or spread it with jam!

  • My son ate toast at 8 months. Sans formula sprinkles. Of course, by 9.5 months, mine could hold and eat a burger. If yours can eat it well, just give him the toast, without the formula.

  • Are you a crazy nut nut? Why would you put formula on the toast cut it up in little pieces and allow him to go at it and BFD if he makes a mess nothing water can't fix.!

  • I'd worry that the toast is a choking hazard, unless like BradenIsMySon's LO, he can eat a hamburger by now, LOL! Too funny! Even if you cut it in little pieces most babies will shove food into their mouths hand over fist until they can't even chew much less swallow. You know your LO best, if they are already eating the dry toast, then I don't see how sprinkling it with formula could hurt.
