what would be best???

I am 6 almost 7 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and with my first i had high blood pressure and pre eclamsia and i want to make sure i am healthy and fit durying this pregnancy i need some tips as to what kinda stuff i can do.... i eat healthy and wanna make sure i stay active :) thanks for reading and for input:)

  • There is diet that was developed to prevent pre-eclamsia; I think that it is called the Brewer Diet.
