Is it better to exercise in the morning, afternoon or night? What seems to be more effective? I want to TONE my tummy, butt and thighs... what exercises that I can do at home without any machines, to TONE these areas? I do have an opportunity to work out at the gym at my work but only for 3 days, any suggestions to get me toned? How long does it usually take to see results from TONING your body?Answer Question
