Darwin Awards

They have the Darwin awards for people who have never procreated. What about people who have reproduced but do something really stupid that causes them to die???? Shouldn't there be some award for them even though they've already passed on their genes?!

  • I don't think she meant the child's death, Ginger. Correct me if I'm wrong, OP, but I think you just meant that if the stupid person who caused their OWN death should still be allowed to be awarded a Darwin award even if they've already reproduced. I agree. And those Darwins are too darn funny.

  • Because the Darwin Awards are a bit of a joke. Giving an 'award' regarding a child's death is sickening.

  • I don't think the OP meant regarding a childs death. I think she meant for people who died doing stupid things that do happen to have kids.

  • Oh I forgot to mention, did anyone ever see that show "1000 ways to die" on Spike. I think every one of those cases will win a Darwin.

  • No, I didn't mean a childs death, that wouldn't be okay!

  • Sorry. I read it wrong.
