Chest pain: Pins and needles sensation

About 2 nights ago I got a pins and needles sensation in my uppser chest. Much like the feeling of a let down in your breast when breastfeeding. I took meds for acid reflux and gas-x. But the pain is still there. It is really evident when I sneeze or cough. Has anyone had any experience with this chest pain?

  • YES CALL YOUR DOC. I had that exact feeling when I had blood clots in my lungs. Now it could be anxiety, or something less serious but who knows? call your doctor please, or go to the er, pulmonary embolis (chest clots) can kill you.

  • You may have a pinched nerve or you may have a small twist in your lungs or an air pocket that hasn't worked its way out. If it continues I would call your doctor Monday.
