  • There are groups online that will help you with your search. I found this through Google:

    Try googling "adoption search."

  • If you're lucky enough to know the name of the agency that was used (if an agency was used), that may be of some help. That is how we found my SIL (DH's sister). There are people here who can give you much better advice than I can. I just wanted to wish you the best of luck!

  • I would use on line search too. However I wanted to just wish you all the luck :)
    Take care!

  • These are the laws regarding getting information. First thing you need to do is request your "non-identifying information" from the agency or lawyer that arranged your adoption. Then google "search angel AZ". Search Angels have vast resources to find families and they are volunteers. Do not pay someone to search for you.

Check the resources at this group  Good Luck!

  • I know this might sound crazy but have you searched for them on Myspace or Face book? I have heard of people finding there bio family on Myspace but you would need to know there last name or the maiden last name or else the search will take you a very long time. Good luck to you and Ihope you find what your looking for. :)
