What phrase do you find yourself repeating most often during your day?

Mine would have to be 'Get out of the kitchen please.' I feel I say this all day long - apparently its a much more interesting place than I realize. There are drawers with things to explore (nothing sharp or dangerous), the door to the garage with bikes and toys, and the obvious - fruit. My kids - 7 and 4 - the 4 year old in particular - love going in there for various reasons.

It's not from lack of understanding or bad parenting, to point that out. And to its not from denying my kids food. This is a 'for fun' question.
