I was wondering if anyone knew if when paternity is established if my child's father has to have visitation? I'm thinking he's going to say no if he has a choice. Does he have to pay more support if he says no?

  • I've never been in this situation, but I know that a father does have visitation rights, until you take him to court and prove that it is not in the child's best interest to see his/her father. And no, he does not pay more for not wanting to see the child.
