  • I gave Decaf iced tea with lemonade. I don't think caffeine is good for little ones.

  • I drink decaf unsweetened and my kids 4 years and 2 years drink it all the time and have been since they were both about 12 months old. Caffeine no, but decaf is fine. Now the sweet tea they drink down south has way too much sugar. Around about 18 months is when I would give them a cup of their own. Until then they would only get sips of mine. Tea actually has many beneficial properties and mine get warm chamomile tea with peppermint when they are sick too.

  • I drink Diet Liptons White Tea in peach flavor and my son LOVES it. He's only 16 months old, but I figure it's diet so there's no sugar or caffeine. It's just like juice kinda. I wouldn't give your child alot in a day though. The doc told me that toddlers should only have about 4 oz. of juice a day.
