any one done the special K diet?

how does it work ? i need more advice on how it work and how I can be successful

  • it works, but not for long, the weight wont stay off u unless you do it the rest of your life! that will get boring real quick. i tried it, i lost some weight but i got tired of eating corn flakes everday! once you eat normal foods again.. you gain tripple the amount you started off with.
    anyways.. you eat corn flakes for breakfast lunch and a sensible small dinner. not too mnay ppol are doing this anymore b/c no one can keep the weight off.

  • The premise is to eat a low calorie meal. What is a bowl of cereal... 200 calories? A big bowl 300 calories? There ya go. If you are consuming less calories in a day, you can expect to lose some weight. When you stop doing the special k diet, if you go from eating 300 calories to 700 calories... you will start to gain weight. You will not automatically gain back triple the weight unless you make really poor food choices or eat large uncontrolled portion sizes.

  • To me corn flakes is just not filling. I can't do that diet. Maybe if i was eating a high fiber cereal.
