about powdered formula measuring?

It says on the container to mix one scoop powder for 2 ounces water-Cheack. So if I am making a 4 ounce bottle, once it is mixes it equals closer to 5ounces on my baby bottle. So do I continue to figure he drank four ounces, because of the amount of formula powder, or 5 ounces because with liquid that is what it equals?

  • I always counted it as 4 oz. also because that's how much liquid was put in there.
