chinese food yes or no?

I am 28 weeks and my sis and I have plans to go eat chinese. Is it ok to eat it?

  • its fine as long as you don't go eat chinese all the time. they tend to use msg

  • OMG I love chinese food but for some reason it does not fill me up I mean at first yes but after alittle while I want more.

    P.S. I ate chinese food the day before I was scheduled to be induced so enjoy :)

  • i'll have some broccoli with chicken please! LOL. i was never told not to eat it and ate it all the time when i was pregnant with my daughter. i haven't been craving it so badly this pregnancy, but i've still had it. enjoy!

  • I eat chinese food maybe once a week. My midwife knows and has no problem with it.
