What are some food ideas for my 15 month old

She is are the only things she will eat: peanut butter bread, grilled cheese, oatmeal, scrambled (only) eggs, broccoli, beans, chicken tenders, cheerios, raisins, toast, strawberries, grapes, watermelon. She does not like foods that kids typically like such as cheese by itself, mashed potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, white potatoes cut up and steamed...what are some other things I can try? I only give her whole wheat bread (which she likes) and don't give her things that are too sugary.

  • Sounds to me that she isn't quite as picky as you think, however, vienna sausages are usually a favorite with that age group as well as bananas, biscuits, let her try new foods off of your plate, she will find her way. Good luck.

  • I would say keep trying different varieties of fruit, but for her age her variety sounds pretty good. She's getting plenty of nutrients from what she is willing to eat, so I wouldn't stress too much over it.

  • Congrats mom on feeding her healthy foods just keep on offering a wide variety of healthy options and don't force the issue.
