  • I don't think so. I thought sin had to do with the knowledge between right and wrong and the choice to decide to do wrong. JMO

  • I'm going to say no. If you dont know whats right and wrong, sin is probably incomprehensible to the person..

  • After the fall we developed the knowlege of good and evil. Therefore we may not have a full knowledge of some thing being wrong, but some where inside " it just does not feel right". I think we know. However God will not fully hold us to what we do not know is sin but once we learn better we must not return to it. If your shoot some one at 7 years old you have still murdered but because you don't have full knowledge you won't be helded accountable like if you were 37. Hope that helps.

  • IMO morally like killing and stealing yes, because we are all raised that thta is not a good thing to do. And for some it's raised as a necassary evil in order to survive. Such as a homeless family who might swipe food from a store just to be able to eat that day. But still we know it's wrong. But other then moral things no. My opinion if you were never taught that whatever you are doing is a sin then you're not sinning you are sinning after you have been told.

  • No, I think it's when you make a concscious decision to do what is wrong for your own benefit.

  • As a Catholic the answer would be yes you are sinning. But it would be a venial "lesser" sin. (1 John 5:16-17 is one verse that indicates the different levels of sin).

All sin hurts your relationship with God - whether you know it's wrong or not. Venial sins hurt your relationship but does not sever it. Just like you can be hurt by someone who may not realize they offended you and that does affect your relationship.

Mortal sins separate you completely from God - they lead to death. In order for something to be a mortal sin (1) it has to be a grave matter. (2) you have to know it's wrong (3) you have to freely choose to do it anyway.
