  • 16 oz daily is enough especially if babys getting calcium from foods. I found this at wholesometoddlerfood.com

  • My first pediatrician said no more than 20 oz a day. My current one says more, but I follow the first one. We've done two 8 oz glasses a day since she was about one, and we'll give her a few more ounces if she really wants it.
