when should my son start to sit up on his own?

  • Mine is working on it. he leans forward mostly and is very concerned about his feet!! but hes only 5 months..he does pretty well on his own now....so any where between 4-6 months..every baby is different tho!!

  • hes gonna be 8 months this month. my mom said not to worry since all babies are diff. he trys to but hes still kinda wobbly

  • My son didn't start sitting up on his own until after he started crawling at 7 months. Within 2 weeks of crawling he was sitting up, but wobbily. Now at 9 months today he sits up really well. He hasn't fallen back in a couple weeks. Every baby is different. They learn at their own pace.
