i feel like i cant cough or sneeze because i might hurt my baby,is that going to affect the baby in any way

  • No babies in utero are so resilient. If they were that touchy about a cough or sneeze no baby would every make it threw the whole 9 months.

  • There isn't a way that a cough or sneeze can hurt the baby. You're perfectly fine to let out those tickles.

  • If coughing or sneezing hurt the baby imagine what barfing and sex would do. Your baby is well protected in there! Dont worry so much, enjoy your pregnancy!!

  • Nah, you can jog, have sex. The things you should try not to do:
    don't sleep on your back when you're far along (but we've all done it on accident and it's been fine)
    don't smoke, inhale second hand smoke
    don't drink alcoholic beverages
    don't forget to eat right, stay hydrated, take the prenatals
