First of all, TAKE A TEST. We can't answer "Am I pregnant" questions any better than you yourself can.
Second of all, sometimes an ovarian cyst can affect fertility, but it is never an "all or nothing" thing - cysts come and go, they are the result of hormone problems, so when you are having hormone issues you are less likely to secrete the right hormones to get pregnant. But hormones also go in cycles, so sometimes you may be secreting the right hormones and sometimes you might not. It is all chemistry and it would be a mistake to rely on the fact that you once had a cyst to determine whether you are fertile or not. After 6 months of trying, a doctor will evaluate you for fertility problems, including PCOS, which causes cysts and affects fertility.
