  • Dump.

1 box of yellow cake mix
    2 sticks of melted butter
1 lg can of cherry pie filling
1 sm can of crushed pineapples
    1container of coconut flakes

    Preheat @ 350.

Layer the cherries and then pineapples onto the bottom of a cake pan. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the fruits. Drizzle the butter over the dry cake mix. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on how toasty you like your coconut. Delicious with homemade vanilla ice cream or a dallop of whip cream.

  • Pineapple Heaven Cake - I got the recipe from my boss a couple of years ago and get a lot of requests for birthday cakes. I actually keep the recipe in my wallet because everyone wants a copy.

  • It was my own creation of Devils Foodcake with Bailey's Irish Cream and chopped up Andes Candies with Buttercream Frosting. It was really yummy!!! Alcohol bakes out but you get the taste of the Bailey's. It is a hit with my dad and friends at Scrapbooking.
