I just asked my dh if I had nice teeth, he said "They could be whiter". OMG!
How do I get them white. I use crest Pro-health. I don't have money from whitening. How can I do it naturally?

  • Does it really matter about what he said. I mean, it's just a darn good thing he didn't say anything about your ears or nose or something.

  • I have perfect teeth, they are just a little yellow. I don't care what he said. I just want them whiter!! He loves my teeth. He said they are perfect (they really are too, thanks to braces and no caffeine ever except chocolate) but I just want them whiter. Don't hate.

  • brush with baking soda

  • ok, anyway, you can brush with a mixture of peroxide and baking soda. Just enough of the mixture to make a paste. Make sure you don't swallow it though. You can do this every other day to start with, if you don't see any results within 2 weeks start doing it every day.

  • oh, wanted to add, if you don't like the taste of the peroxide and baking soda, you can add a drop of mint extract to the mixture for flavor. A drop goes a long way, so if you make a lil cupfill of the paste for the week, then add a drop and mix around, should be plenty.

  • Our teeth change colors as we age

  • I use Crest Vivid White toothpaste... don't know if you are talking about avoiding a professional or the trays or whatever, but this way I just brush like normal and the toothpaste does the rest. I've actually been asked by the hygenist before if I had them professionally whitened! If that is not for you, then my mom always scrubbed our teeth with baking soda.
