Things to eat

My son is going to be a year in a few days and I'm stumped on stuff to feed him. Everytime i try something he spits it out and won't eat. Any suggestions?

  • Keep trying. Eventually he will eat something if he is hungry enough. Kids tend to have a sweet tooth so try sweet fruits. It might be a texture thing too some kids just don't like the texture of diffrerent foods. Believe me he won't starve himself.

  • pancakes, waffles, pasta, bananas, biter biscuits, those puff snacks (gerber?), pieces of cheese, yogurt....

  • watermelon, cherrios, drain the liquid from soup (like veggie soup, then just give the veggies warmed up), cut up ravioli, peas, canned fruit, like fruit cocktail but skip the grapes, cut up hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, toast with real fruit spread or peanut butter, yogurt, mini pancakes, mashed potatoes, diced carrots. It all has to do with trial and error, keep trying and don't give up.
