sifting flour???

How can this be done without a sifter?

  • You can also use a whisk. Just put the flour in a bowl and whisk through it. It will get out any clumps. I learned that from Martha.

  • You can use a strainer to sift. Fill with flour (to no more than 2/3 full, or it makes a mess), then tap it on the side with your hand to sift the flour.
