Silent return to bed.
Don't look her in the eye.
Don't say a word - no scolding, no reminding, don't even sigh.
Simply pick her up, carry her back to bed, tuck her in, and leave.
You'll have to do this dozens of times every night (or nap) until she gets the point. The worst I've heard was over 50 times a night for nearly a week. But then it started to get better and eventually the child stayed put.
