  • bleach is actually SAFER to use than lemon juice. bleach will give you diarrhea if ingested, but lemon juice is so acidic it can burn eyes and mouth, etc. the only things i use to clean are vinegar, bleach, baking soda and rubbing alcohol (on mirrors and sinks). and i NEVER use straight bleach. one teaspoon to 32 ounces of water. and you have to make it fresh each day because the chlorine in the bleach dissipates and then it is just salt water.

  • Chlorine Bleach is very damaging to the environment. I use the following:
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    3/4 cup warm water
    1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
10 drop tea tree oil (antibacterial, antifungal)
2 drops lavendar essential oil (antiseptic and smells nice)

  • rkoloms, tea tree oil is also antiseptic, and when it comes into contact with organic matter, the antiseptic action is greater!
    It is also antiviral!
