Will my Dr let me know if my son gets the monovalent or combined vaccine for my baby?

I was reading some of the posts here and I found out that one shot could have different vaccines. Will my doctor let me know or should I ask for and what would you prefer the combination shot or the mono?

  • We did a delayed, extended schedule: first shot after first birthday; one vaccine per office visit; single dose preservative free vaccines; read the insert before allowing the shot to be given. You are the consumer, you get to make the rules.
