  • didnt eat after 7pm

    danced in my living room for 30mins a day

    it took nine months to put on 30pds and nine months to take it off

  • 8 min. warmup
    30 - 40 min. of strength training,
    then 30 min. of cardio

    Switching up the strength training routine every 3 weeks have shown the best results. Keeping my calories to 1500-1800 is also a plus. :)

  • I love the Turbo Jam series. It's fun, but a tough workout for the whole body. I'm addicted to it and feel fantastic.

  • exercise - at least 20 minutes a day at least 3 times a week
    water - a least 8 8oz glasses
    eating fruits and vegetables - 7-8 servings a day in at least 3 different colors
    eating whole grains - 6-7 servings a day
    eating beans, lentils, tofu
    no meat, no dairy
