I'm currently expecting and I'm 21 w & 6 days [soon to be 22w] before I was able to sleep with no problems, but now I toss and turn and keep waking up every 3o minutes to an hour and end up fully awake by 6am! Unable to sleep at night I crash out around 12pm and go through the same thing. I added up all the hours and I sleep for only 5 or 4 hours. Is there something I can take that won't hurt my baby but let me sleep?
