Has anyone used cinnamon and seen any diff. with their sugar levels or along with a good meal plan for losing weight?

  • I'm finding myself less irritated the more I incorporate Cinnamon and Protein into every meal. :)

    SO I guess yes, since I'm on the verge of Hypoglycemia anyway.

  • I herd it is good for people who have high blood pressure..When I make coffee I put a little on the top of the coffee grounds..Never heard of it for diabetes

  • It can help moderate blood sugar levels, need teaspoons of it though... it has been proven to help... good luck momma!!

  • I use cinnamon as much as I possibly can because it does effect my blood sugar. It makes it go down.

  • Cinnamon is excellent for diabetics. I'm type 2 and use it as often as I can.
