what is the normal basal temp.........................? PLEASE HELP!!! (again)

prior to Ovultion it was from 97.0 to 97.4 after ovulation it was 97.5 to 97.7. my period is due today and my temp yesterday morning was 97.5 and today is 97.7 is that normal or what? i only started charting this cylce and im not 100% sure how it works ll works????? please help oh and wats a cover line?

  • Everyones temp is going to be different what matters is your normal. WHat a chart should look like is normal temps ranging only slightly in degree, and then a drop right before you ovulate, then a sharp rise the day after, followed by higher temps untill you start your period, most of the time it will drop again before your period, the day before or day of sometimes, and if you dont start and your temps stay high it is a good indication that you may be pregnant. There is a website called fertilityfriend.com that lets you do afree chart with them and ask questions on alimited basis, but it is enough to get you started and answer some basic questions.
