how long is the typical time to sterilyze pacifiers, nipples, etc?

  • I usually boil mine for about 5 min with the lid on the pot. Before that, I rub the nipples in a paste I make from salt and water. Just rub it all over, rinse it off, and then boil them. The pacifiers I just boil.

  • Hot soapy water is all that is neccesary. Just make sure to rinse out all the bttles and nipples after each use so that milk dosent dry in them and wash regularly with hot soapy water.

  • It usually has boiling directions on the pack. My pacifiers said 2-5 mins, but now they come with a little cup thing that you put water in and use the microwave.(I still boil, I don't like the microwave)
