It's usually with the nut butters but if your store has a greek or middle eastern section (or - like mine - lumps all "foreign" foods together into one section and calls them "ethnic" lol) it might be in there.
I make hummus by blending the following:
1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
1-2 cloves garlic
a squirt or two of lemon juice
blend in my food processor with olive oil to the consistancy I like. Oh, and if you add a few tablespoons of water, it makes it fluffier for those who like their hummus on the fluffy side.
