Blood types and baby?

My husband has A- blood type and i have O+ blood type. I'm pretty sure i just had a miscarriage, and i was wondering if it was neccesary to see a doctor because of our blood types. I heard if you have certain types of blood that after a miscarriage it could cause antibodies or something. Anyone know? thanks.

  • If mom is negative and the baby is positive is the only time it is an issue. You have nothing to worry about since you are positive.
