What does a Contraction fell like??

last night i keep waking up like every 25, 30 min with sharp pains in my lower stomach but if i rolled over or layed on my back they went away

oh yea im 30 weeks and 3 days

  • Real labor contractions don't go away. Mine felt like very bad period cramps and were accompanied by shaking "chills".

  • keep track of how often these pains happen, and sit on the toilet it could be a poo.

  • It is hard to tell another woman what they "feel" like simply because each woman may feel them differently or women have different pain tolerance.

    Most likely it will feel like your stomach tightening, back pain or like you're having period cramps. The best thing to do if you THINK you're having a contraction but you are not sure is to place your fingertips on your stomach. Your fingertips are very sensitive and you can tell if you are tightening or not.
