  • I always put my son down on his back but at around 5 months he started rolling over as soon as I put him down. Now he sleeps on his face with his butt up in the air (he's almost 11 months now)

  • My dd likes to sleep on her side. She's 3 months and she never liked to sleep on her back. Every time I'd try to put her on her back she'd scream and fuss.

  • My daughter has slept on her tummy since about two months. We fought and fought and cried and screamed over her sleeping, until we finally gave up and let her sleep on her belly. I slept on my belly when I was a baby, and that was before the whole Back to Sleep thing started. She's five months old and rolls over now, so if she's uncomfortable on her belly she turns to her back.

  • My kids slept on their stomachs since we brought them home from the hospital. None of them were back sleepers. They would just lay there and either make noises or cry until you turned them on their tummy.

  • My 2 year old sleeps seems to switch it up a lot. I think she starts on her tummy and switches to her back while sleeping. When she was a newborn we had to buy a slide sleeper because she would not sleep on her back. We stopped using it around 5 months when she was able to roll over by herself.
