  • We make taquitos, only instead of shredded beef or chicken or something, we use canned corned beef. OK, I know it sounds disgusting, but really that garbage makes the BEST taquitos ever. They're so yummy, and so SO incredibly bad for you.... LOL

  • Fried Chicken or chicken fried steak or anything Mexican I make. If I make enchiladas, there are hardly any leftovers!

  • Fried chicken or pizza. Not homemade pizza, we get it delivered. Its so bad.... greasy and fattening, but they love it so we get it about once a week!

  • Tijuana Barf Dip -- named by a child who mis-heard the name... it's pretty gross. Refried beans, a layer of browned ground beef, and the kids' pan only has cheese on it, otherwise, served with tortilla chips. I always make 2 pans, 'cause I want tomatos and salsa and peppers and onions on mine.
