What do you usually add to your salads?

  • baby romaine, tomatoes, carrots, jicama, broccoli slaw (shredded broccoli stems), zucchini, dried cranberries, pecans, shredded cheddar, sesame sticks

  • I like cucumber, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, Mrs. Dash, hard boiled egg, and chow mein noodles.

  • I don't like lettuce and I'm not a huge fan of raw spinach. Most of my salads contain red and orange peppers, onion, mushroom, cucumber, celery (all diced to bite sized pieces) and shaved carrots. Then I add oregano, parsley, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil over all and stir. YUM!!!  You can also add pasta to this and have a light and tasty pasta salad.

  • romaine lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, carrots, feta cheese, sometimes hard-boiled egg, homemade dressing (fresh lemon juice, dijon mustard, pinch of salt, pinch of sugar, olive oil)

  • Our basic side salad is mixed baby greens, vine ripened tomato and feta cheese with the only dressing we'll use...Garlic Expressions. Deelish! Sometimes we have that with grilled chicken for dinner too.

  • black olives, sunflower seeds, cheese, carrots, and broccoli. Oh peas taste yummy in it too. Drizzle ranch with bbq chicken, yummy.
