i want to take vitamins but all i have is a women's complete multivitamin/mineral supplment pack by finest natural is that okay to take or no?

the warning sign says accidental overdose of ire-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. Keep this product out of reach of children. so does that mean i cant take it?

  • I'm not understanding the question. You have an adult child 18 or over (this category) and you are worried about taking a vitamin? You have a child under six and afraid it might get in your vitamins? Then put them up where the child can't get them. Are you pregnant again and want to take a vitamin? If pregnant, take prenatal vitamins. If you are not pregnant then take the vitamin just don't overdose on it. One a day is enough.

  • Are you pregnant? If so this question should be under Pregnancy and the answer would be yes, probably, call your doctor or midwife and check. THIS section "Adult children 18+ is for mommy questions about their adult children.

  • Vitamins are not bad. Check the expiration date. They loose potency if they are old that's all. As long as you follow the instructions!
