can someone explain this to me?

if a woman goes through a false pregnancy, do they go through a false labor and delivery?

  • As far as I know, false pregnancy just means she retains water, is nauseous, tired... like that, no delivery, since there is nothing to deliver.

  • hysterical pregnancy would be detected before the woman in question went into labor- chances are if she acted crazy stating the doctors were wrong they would just give her medical treatment and have her see a shrink- however as soon as you become aware and excpet the fact its false pregnancy (hysterical Pregnancy) the symptoms go away on there own.
