I had to do a diet like that for a while. They do make low sodium canned soups, I ate tons of fruits and veggies. When you cook, use seasonings like mrs. dash, or Accent, and cook with fresh lemon or lime juice and lots of other seasonings and fresh herbs. For pasta, try sauteeing onions and garlic in olive oil, then adding a cup or so of halved cherry tomatoes and heating just til they are heated through then toss with your favorite pasta and top with a SMALL amount of parmesan. For meats, marinate them in citrus juices and seasonings before cooking.
