has anyone tried nopalina linaza plus if you are breastfeeding?

  • yeah its all natural but it controls appetite and i'm scared it could flush any nutrients since it makes you go a lot to the bathroom.

  • You can use it. It's just fiber, like Metamucil. I'd save a few bucks and stick with the Metamucil...there's nothing all that diffferent in the ingredient list.

    If you're trying to lose weight, nine months on and MINIMUM nine months off. Often longer. WEIGHT WATCHERS. Best plan for nursing moms.
