  • My 29 month old daughter eats 3 (kind of) big meals, and has many snacks in between. Usually the snacks are some kind of fruit or veggie, along with whatever (organic/natural) cookies we have, a yogurt or cheese, or something along those lines (we don't do much processed foods, nothing with dyes in it).
