  • It really just depends on your baby. Mine started around 8 months. One of my friend's baby started at 6 months and another friend of mine's baby who is 9 months and shows no interest in crawling.

  • Every baby is very different. Mine started scooting at about 5-6 months but wasn't full on crawling until closer to 7 months. A girl I was friends with in HS had a baby born the exact same day as my son and she isn't even trying to crawl yet and they're both now 10 months.

  • My baby just started a week ago and she's 9 months...some babies never crawl and just so you know it's NOT a milestone...milestones are rolling over, sitting up, "cruising" along furniture and walking. Babies do not have to crawl. but the ages vary =)

  • They are all different. My dd is trying to crawl now and she is 3.5 months but then again she could already pull herself up to sitting at 8 weeks (she would hold onto my fingers). She is so little and looks so funny standing up hehe. Don't worry about times... they will start when they are ready!

  • Some never do! Its not a milestone because of that.
