Do you know how much is the cost of the vaccines?

Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (MMR-V) about $130 + excise tax $3.00 making it the most expensive vaccine behind the HPV - Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus (Gardasil).

  • We paid nothing since our children are unvaccinated. They are very expensive and that is why the pharmacutecal companies make up hype anytime someone gets sick from the measles or from HIB. Does not matter only 100 people out of millions are affected or in the case of HIB in Jan it was 5 kids all were too young to even get the vaccination. We don't get them and most adult Americans do not get boosters. They are essentially not vaccinated and we have not had wide spread outbreaks.

  • Lots of people that either have horrible insurance or no insurance at all go to the health department. They ask for a "donation" to pay for the shots. So if someone only has like $20 than that's what it costs.

  • Today even pharmaceutical companies will work with a payment plan to make prescription available to people who can't afford them.
