How much water do you drink a day?

It's supposed to be 6-8- 8oz glasses a day but I never am able to pull that off. Do you? Do you think it helps maintain/ lose weight?

  • I haven't had a soda in like over 2 years LOL, so I drink between 10-12 glasses a day, plus I enjoy snacking on ice chips. I can tell you, if def helped me maintain a weight and helps me bring in ALOT of milk but as far as loosing weight, it only worked when I ate better and exercised.

  • I drink one glass of water in the morning, at lunch, and before going to bed. I'd have a smoothie, or soup. So I think I can meet the requirement :-)

  • I drink 20-25 but I also live in AZ and I am prego so it is a requirment

  • probably about 100 oz a day.I only allow myself 1 pop,and can't drink milk,lactose intolerant,so water it is!
