"Your Baby Can Read"

Has anybody here tried the 'Your Baby Can Read' program that's advertised on tv? I got it for my baby & just wanted to know if anyone has used it with their own kids & what progress they've had?

  • It's a crock. It's just memorizing and why do that to a baby anyway?

  • didn't feel like spending ALL that money on it...and in the end, they won't be able to read any better than any other child that learns at a normal pace...JMHO

  • nah, not for us. my son is stimulated through live social interaction, getting books read to him and playing his toys. good enough for us! my dad got him some cute flashcards which are basically the same concept as baby can read
