Most dropshippers you do have to pay a monthly fee for. An example is Doba. Check out their site and read the rules and all that. To start an ebay business you don't HAVE to have a dropshipper if you are making and selling items yourself, buying and selling items at thrift stores/flea markets, etc, or contacting manufacturers and stocking items yourself. A drop shipper is handy when you wish to sell large quantities, can't stock things yourself, etc... I would advise you to check out various drop shipping sites and companies and find out the rules for each one to make your decisions. To actually start your ebay store, just go to ebay.com and they have a link about the stores and should walk you through getting set up.
