i have to get up about 2 hours earlier now due to school and everything is fine until early in the afternoon i get really tired and want to go to bed. i tried taking a nap with my son but that just makes me stay up later at night so it doesn't work out. i was thinking that my body is just trying to get used to the new schedule but it's been 4 days already, whats the deal?Answer Question
