Legislation on Cigarettes

What's next, beer?!!!

Either way, what is your opinion on the new legislation?
My question is, is it actually taking away a right?

  • I don't see the problem. All I see is making advertizing more clear. Can you all explain your complaint?

For God's sake!! The complaint is they are going to be regulating how we wipe our a$$es before we know it.

It seems ridiculous to put tobacco under the FDA. The FDA regulates the SAFETY of foods and dugs. We all know cigerettes aren't safe! How long until they are banned altogether because the FDA will deem them unsafe????
