I have been working out for a couple months now. i don't really need to lose weight but just want to tone up. Should I do more weight/less reps or less weight/more reps? I am slinder and I don't want to be bulky. i want to stay slender looking with some good muscle tone and definition! Help! I also do 30 min. cardio a couple times a week!Answer Question
